SERVICES & FEES

Typically, I can return the completed evaluation form and the Certificate of Achievement within three days depending on the prompt delivery of mail. If you are more comfortable attaching documents via email, then turn around time is often the same day.
The fee is $45 per evaluation. I accept personal checks, PayPal (jfvanacker@gmail.com), Venmo, money orders, or a personal check for services rendered. The completed evaluation along with my comments, and the Certificate of Achievement will be sent once payment has been made.
